Megamound has signed an MOU with Ibara Renewal Limited on the 2nd March 2010 to develop, market and sell 12 housing units (24 duplexes). Ibara Renewal Limited being a special purpose vehicle vested with landed property of ogun state government by virtue of a certificate of occupancy (c of o) registered at no 1 at Page 1 in volume 46 of ogun state of Nigeria land registry office Abeokuta dated 20th day of may 2009.

The estate (heritage court, Ibara, Abeokuta) on completion will be complemented with quality infrastructure which includes servant quarters, internal roads, drainages, perimeter fence, parking space, walkways, street lighting, telecommunications and gardening and landscape.

Megamound mobilized the site by march 15th 2010 and the project is on course for delivery by the first half of 2011.
