

PROFILE OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND MANAGEMENT TEAM
PROF. EMMANUEL A. ADUAYI (Chairman)
Professor Aduayi is a Soil Resource Management Specialist and an Agronomist with special interest in soil fertility, plant nutrition, fertilizer-use and the interaction between macro and micro nutrient elements in the soil and plant. He lectures in soil science at the Faculty of Agriculture, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. He has extensive experience in teaching, including the administration of academic and research programmes. He has authored or co-authored over 60 papers.
He was a visiting Researcher fellow at the centre for the arid zone studies of the University of Wales, Bangor, UK; he worked on micronutrient accumulation in the roots of trees of Sitka spruce plantation in the laboratories of the Institute of Terrestrial Ecology. He was a visiting soil scientist in the soil science and plant nutrition section of the International Livestock Centre for Africa (ILCA), Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. While in ILCA, he developed screening techniques in soil, sand and nutrient solution cultures for the evaluation of foreign legumes as feeds for livestock. He acted briefly as Head of the Soil Science and Plant Nutrition Section and as Coordinator of the Forage Evaluation Course organized by the Training and Information Division of ILCA.
Prof. Aduayi was Vice-Dean for 2 years and was of the Postgraduate School, Obafemi Awolowo, University (formerly of Ile-Ife) Ile-Ife, Nigeria, for 4 years. He was responsible for the admission of students and evaluation of all Graduate Research programmes or Diploma, Master’s and Doctorate Degrees and for the disbursement of fellowships and grants to deserving graduate students.
His research and teaching career span over 25 years. He was appointed Soil Chemist and Head of the Chemist Section of the Coffee Research Station, Kenya in 1969 and promoted to the position of Senior Soil Chemist and Head of the combined sections of Chemistry, Quality and Radio-isotopes in 1972. At the Obafemi Awolowo University, where he holds a permanent appointment, he was appointed Lecturer 1, in 1974, promoted to the position of Senior Lecturer in 1976, Reader (Associate Professor) in 1980 and full Professor of Soil Science in 1982.
He was appointed acting Head of Department of Soil Science in 1978 and later Substantive Head from 1983 to 1986 with responsibility for research, teaching and administration. He supervised several students for the award of the Bachelor, Masters and Doctorate degrees in Soil Science. He was a member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Plant Nutrition (USA). He was appointed in 1997 and 2000 by the National Universities Commission (NUC) as a member of the Commission’s External Accreditation Committee to review all matters relating to the accreditation of academic programmes in Nigerian Universities.
In 1999, he was invited by the NUC to serve on panel to assess undergraduate programmes in Agriculture in the Universities of Maidugiri, Yola, Bauchi and the University of Agriculture, Makurdi. He was Chairman for 55 years of the Sports Council of the Obafemi Awolowo University (from 1995-2000). He is a member of several professional and non-professional associations.
OTUNBA. OLUMIDE OSUNSINA (Managing Director/C.E.O.)
Otunba. Olumide Osunsina was born in 1963, in Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria. He had his secondary education at the famous Barewa College, Zaria and attended Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria where he studied Building Technology. He graduated with distinction in Advance Diploma in Management Studies at the University of Lagos and has a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi.
Otunba. Osunsina has wide experience in various challenging business endeavors including dredging and under water services, financial intermediation and brokerage and construction and real estate management.
As the Managing Director of the Company, he has steered it towards continual growth and development especially in several projects mentioned above. He was recently installed as the Otunba of Itire Kingdom in Lagos State, Nigeria.
Otunba. Osunsina has steered the wheels of Megamound as its Managing Director/C.E.O. since year 2000 and nurtured it to a multi-million naira diversified institution. He is happily married with children.
MRS. FOLASHADE OMODE (Director)
A successful business woman and industrialist, Mrs. Omode is a retired teacher who has contributed immensely to the growth and development of young people around her.
She has also excelled in the real estate and textile marketing industry where she recorded exceeding success with several properties to her name which are located in several parts of the country.
MRS. DESIREE OSUNSINA (Director)
Mrs. Desiree Osunsina was born in 1968 in Benin City, Edo State. She started her Primary Education at the staff school, Obafemi Awolowo University, from where she went to Federal Government Girls college, Akure, for her secondary school education where she passed out with a brilliant result in 1983.
She then continued her education at Obafemi Awolowo University where she studied Economics and finished with a second class lower after which she proceeded to acquire a Masters Degree in Economics in 1989.
She commenced her work experience during the National Youth Service Corps at the Central Bank of Nigeria, after which she was employed at Lenoil Holdings where she was the Manager in charge of Moneyline Bureau de Change. She spent several years there and in year 2000, she was employed by Associated Discount House Ltd. as one of the pioneer staff during the acquisition of Gateway Bank Limited. She resigned from the bank in December 2003 after rising to the post of a Deputy Manager in the Treasury Department.
Mrs. Osunsina is currently an Executive Director in Megamound Investment Limited, a construction and real estate firm.
She is happily married to Olumide Osunsina and is blessed with four lovely children.
